Me too. That’s why I started making my own.

Have you ever bought something that’s quite expensive and then turned out to be totally rubbish? Annoying isn’t it? This feeling made me start making exceptional quality, made-to-last furniture. I only use the best materials and the best craftspeople who genuinely care about what they make.

Everything we make gets a thorough quality control check, nothing leaves the studio without a really good going over. Honestly, you could throw this stuff down the stairs and the stairs would come off worse!

I like it this way because I’ve re-upholstered furniture by other makers (insert High Street brand here) and seen what’s underneath. Sometimes it’s like looking under the bonnet of a dodgy car, sold by an even dodgier salesperson! I’m talking about chipboard, glued joints, and a trigger-happy nail gun. My mission is simple – to make things better than this.
